San Francisco - September 7-10, 2015 - His Holiness Patriarch IRINEJ after his visit to the Saint Steven's Serbian Orthodox Cathedral in Alhambra, California for the Canonization of St. Sebastian of San Francisco and Jackson, travelled together with His Grace Bishop Maxim, His Grace Bishop Justin, His Grace Bishop Longin, and many other guests to St. John the Baptist Serbian Orthodox Cathedral in San Francisco where he was greeted by the Cathedral Dean, Very Rev. Djurica Gordic, and the parishioners of that parish and neighboring parishes in the area.

During the visit, His Holiness was taken to the Diocesan Cathedral of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (ROCOR), the Mother of God dedicated to Her Icon “Joy of All Who Sorrow," to venerate the honrouble and miraculous relics of Holy Hierarch John of Shanghai and San Francisco the Wonderworker. His Holiness was greeted by His Eminence KYRILL Archbishop of San Francisco and Western America, diocesan clergy and faithful.
